SVNSW SmlAndrew Hill has resigned from his role as the Chief Executive Officer of State Volleyball New South Wales (SVNSW).

Andrew is moving on to take a role with the NSW Waratahs. SVNSW President Deb Chung and the rest of the board, thank Andrew for his commitment to the organisation and for the achievements over his time in the role.

Andrew has held the role of CEO since 1st June 2015 and in that time has achieved:
  • Our biggest uptake in the schools cup program with over 70 teams competing
  • The introduction of the juniors day at SVL
  • A pilot program of sporting schools Spikezone at SVL 
  • Setting up of the online SVNSW store

Andrew has thanked the Board for their help over the last few months and in particular wants to credit his hard working team at SVNSW and wish them every luck in the future.

SVNSW's board will make further announcements regarding the executive role and composition of the team in the new year. In the meantime, Nam Pham will be filling the role of Operations Manager effective immediately.

Nam is excited about joining the team and is looking forward to the coming months.
